I'm assuming that is what is going on the internal valve is not budging..... it got top loaded two days ago... temps have kinda been all over here with low as around 13. It just won't flow it's a no touch load for me so I'm not super familiar with it yet. Any thoughts lol?

Found some articles I've been reading on it I'm still not sure what is going on.
"4.3 Effect of Freezing Freezing of methacrylic acid should be avoided. Thawing of frozen methacrylic acid can be extremely hazardous. Methacrylic acid freezes at 15°C (59°F). As freezing occurs, the first crystals formed contain pure monomer with very little inhibitor; the inhibitor is concentrated in the liquid phase. When freezing occurs in bulk containers, the first crystals, low in inhibitor, will form along the outer wall of the container. The inhibitor will be concentrated at the center. Improper thawing may lead to pools of monomer containing low levels of inhibitor. This condition is made worse by repeated freeze/ thaw cycles if the methacrylic acid is not mixed well after each thawing. If possible, the acid should not be thawed by applying heat directly to the outside of the container because the potential of polymerization of the low-inhibited monomer along the walls is possible. The temperature of the acid should be maintained at 18-40°C (64-104°F). The ideal storage temperature is 20-25°C (68-77°F). Other temperature targets between 18-40°C (64-104°F) may be needed on a seasonal or situational basis. In the event freezing does occur, follow procedures in Section 6, Thawing of Frozen Methacrylic Acid."
According to this I'm right in the ideal range according to the gauge assuming that is accurate. This article I'm currently reading gives some advise which we have already tried. Gonna be interesting to see how tomorrow goes.

Chemicals aren't that bad overall in my green experience, you just gotta always respect what your doing and personally I treat every single load like it's methalethal kill you...... overall you just gotta kind of relax and just get the job done safe as you can. Only jobs that are somewhat of a pain is pump jobs but even that is not hard to do, it's just time consuming and you have to do things in order.

Not sure what is going on, according to the gauges on the trailer and at the customer the product is within the temp window... somewhat on the lower side but still acceptable. They said this just happens sometimes during the winter so idk. It's only my second time hauling this product and it's a full no touch load for us.
