Where Are You Continues, Again.....

I hate those WM (Waste Management) places... too tight, most trucks are much smaller than mine, everybody in a hurry, vehicles coming and going.... congested place, lots of garbage everywhere.... and that place is near congested Los Angeles... And I better not have to go back there after checking my weight at the nearby CAT scale....
The sign at their entrance says, "Use this site at your own risk"....

 

Unfortunately i do not consider the two referenced leases to be good leases. Schneider gutted the "choice" program to the point I believe it is not viable any more.

England is still just a bottom feeder. I did survive a walk away 6 month lease from them after going through their training. Did it with a guy that I was in class with because we figured between the two of us we had half a brain and also knew we were going to stop at 6 months. Made more money than the second month of On the road training and more than base rate for new drivers.. Got the school bills paid off, And Got a very personal look at how poorly managed their operation is, Which in all fairness is a direct result of them haveing such unprofessional and inexperienced drivers.

Took my son to work at the business i helped found. He cleans up. It was nice to be in my office and remember how much happier I am in my tractor. LOL

I’m supposed to be back at the yard tomorrow. Waiting to hear if my tractor will be finished with it’s PM.

We build surfboards by hand. No CNC. So what you’re seeing is wood from stingers and a lot of polyurethane and EPS foam.

Speaking of kids being productive, here's my resident nephew learning to be a front end loader operator. He's choked up on the handle a little tight, but he managed not to touch the load and get any on him while pitching it in the juniper bushes. Yard is safe until the dogs leave him more work to do.
