Does Mercer have an age restriction on the trucks they lease on. At one point I thought there website said 2000 or newer but as I went back to confirm the specific information is not listed. I saw an older 80s flat top Pete yesterday with Mercer logos so it got me curious.

in NC not only do you pay sales tax but personal property tax every year, which can be a big charge. Last truck titled there they kept basing the value on the origial sales price for 8 years ... no depreciation on it, I appealed every year and lost. Bunch of crooks. So for me titling in IL through Mercer saved me the sales tax at purchase time and a couple thousand every year after.

mtoo, whoopNride and nikmirbre Thank this.

Yeah we pay Personal property tax in AR also. Which is why i asked mercer to title it in IL. All my trucks are titled in IL.

Drop & hook or will you end up delivering to grocery warehouses? Can you take as much time off as you want, whenever you want or is it forced dispatch?

    mtoo and RStewart Thank this.
