Crete Carrier - A Year In Review - Fall 2013 Going Forward

When I first got back to driving last year I had a asset manager yell me because I wouldn’t do 4 shags in a row I told her this truck isn’t moving till I’m getting atleast a 1500 run for doing 3 in a row and wanted 2500-3,000 a week from here on out

 

I usually get 5-700 mile runs,with a 200ish thrown in randomly.
Every so often (now) I get a good one 2100 miles with just enough time to squeeze in a 34.
Averaging 24-2800.

 

This forward warning event recorder on Peoplenet is starting to tick me off.
Went off 20 times today,most with nobody in front of me.

 

I’m actually home till Monday morning I’m hoping I can run harder next time out it was rough the last 2 weeks out miles were up and down

 

Hopefully they get that fixed soon, it's beyond aggravating.

 

A co-worker's Peoplenet is dyslexic...he'll get a "Sudden Acceleration Event" msg when he's stopping, and a "Sudden Deceleration Event" msg when accelerating...

 

I got that when starting up the truck

 

First trip out picked up in kendallville,IN to Joplin, TN Delivered picked near Joplin heading to Atlanta area

 

Hopefully heading out west after this hoping for texas or Nebraska or mountain west

 

Check Google maps..or 511 Nebraska / Iowa for info...many roads still closed ...due to flood damage
