Here's the problem with that. One i paid for a full month of logs. 2 im still an employed by mercer as i never signed my papers. Therefor they are responsible. So if i would of gotten stopped by DOT for not having 8 days of my past logs then that would of went on Mercer CSA.

When I was in orientation we where told that they would allow us to keep everything going so we could get back to the house or wherever as ling as we mailed permits and ifta stickees back to them. Or provide proof that it has been removed as stated by roshea.

You told them the 4th and they cancelled you on the 3rd so they'd keep your money before you could get to it. lol

I just left Mercer also, but I don't give notice to trucking companies. I take my money first, then quit. IF I owe them something, they'll get paid on my terms, not theirs. Not one trucking company I've ever been at would offer me notice if they were going to let me go, why do I need to offer it to them?

BTW, you also won't have access to download your logs for tax purposes. You'll have to depend on them to get them to you. I still don't have mine.

Got my oil sample back and dang it i have something going wrong with the fuel system. which is why my DPF was clogged up. making a #### ton of black smoke so cleaned it putting it all back together now and gonna run for a month and put in shop.

I don't know why people let a company hold their money, very bad idea & now you know why.
