That ain't right.

To be fair, I'm not a big fan of hot red onions. However, now is about the time Vidalia sweet onions start making their way thru the food distribution channels. It's said a blindfolded person would not be able to tell the difference between a Vidalia and an apple. I never tried it.

Vidalias do taste really good stacked up on a Wendy's double cheeseburger. I'd venture a guess the onions used on In-and-out burgers on the other coast are a similar variety since they are pretty sweet.

It's like accidentally buying a gun. It happens. You never can have enough motorcycles.
