Question.
On my way to work this morning I passed two hoopdies on 95, one green thing and the other was some lowered Honda Civic with the wheels crooked. I think that’s the latest fad millenials are doing now.
Problem is, both of them were sporting the same New York license plate. I knew these two characters had to be up to some kinda funny business.
Worth a call to 911, or no?
To 911, or not to 911...?

If the wheels are crooked vertically, nothing new. Also if they extended from the fender wells a foot or more.
They probably possess engines that are like 3000 hp.
What I would suggest is the local number to the Law in the area. They can come out and take a look in a non emergency basis. No need for your name to be recorded by the 911 system for later broadcasting in some federal drug bust where you open yourself and your family at home for a drive by later. -
Same license plate would deserve a call. But that is just me. Otherwise I would have looked again to make sure I didnt read it wrong. Vanity plates with similar spelling. B0001 80001

As @lovesthedrive alluded to, NY requires front and rear plates. One of these two took the front plate of one of the cars and put it on the back of the other.
I’m just surprised they made it all the way down to Baltimore without a cop noticing.lovesthedrive and D.Tibbitt Thank this. -
I thought this was going to be about Porsche GT3’s.
lovesthedrive and D.Tibbitt Thank this. -
If they were swerving all over the place yeah I would but otherwise I personally would leave it alone. On the other hand driving 30 west bound in Indiana at 3am the other day had a 4 wheeler pull out in front of another truck surprised he didn't hit the ditch but I watched this vehicle swerving side to side for a mile and called 911 with there plate number. Hopefully they got this ####### before he killed someone. If there doing something wrong I have no problem calling the cops, hell I'll stop and give a statement if they want!
D.Tibbitt Thanks this. -
