Raging is the opposite of what I had in mind.
Most people when they take certain medicines that are banned from trucking usually become zombies or stoned to the point of not being in control of that truck at all. You still have not explained the exact medicine you are on. There is a list we can check against directly from FMCSA and see if it is good or no good for trucking. And link to same so you can see for yourself. It's much easier to know now than to show up away from home and then be told that medicine is not compatible for trucking and not have a job.
Possible Restriction On My Medical Card, will I pass the physical?

Hi,
I already checked that list and didn't see it there. I'll PM you what I'm on. You probably know of a different list.
Thanks! -
The only substances that are BANNED are schedule 1 things and ANY medication used to control seizures. EVERYTHING else can be approved by a ME during the physical. Let's not overcomplicate this please!

You keep that stuff between you, your doctor, and the company medical review officer (MRO).
You throw out stuff like that on this forum, and you may find yourself taking advice from, as a hypothetical example, someone who hasn't driven anything for about 10 years because they are on prescribed opiates.
No one here is a doctor. -

I am retired and disabled. I am taking 2 anti-epilepsy medications for control and take a 3rd PRN. I don't know what you are taking, however, I would have all the basics covered. I lost ALL my driving privileges because of epilepsy. I can't even do what George Jones used to do.
