You can do better then a 1.70 on all miles I am but I am not running large gross income right now I trie to stay 2 to 3 loads booked out it has its + &- being out that far unless someone is home waiting on a load people empty don’t want to wait that long for a load so if no one empty wants it goes to the first inbound truck to commit to it one of the down sides with freight still slow sometimes I end up booking freight for the day after I drop also don’t be afraid to call the agent and see if it’s possible to pickup a load you are interested in a day early or late a lot can and will the load I booked for tomorrow called me and said they changed the order needed picked up and drop Friday worked for me I was dropping today called my Monday pickup and asked if I could pickup Friday they got it approved be proactive

You're lying. Even the best of the best here has had to haul under $2. Unless you're running nothing but loads under 200 miles. But if you're running large miles you're definitely hauling under $2 stop it.We all see the same loadboard

Mercers a great company but once in awhile something leaves me scratchin my head. The way i said it is how its been explained to me by several people in louisville. So i called to see when it changed. They said it hasnt worked that way in several yrs. Ive just now been here 2 yrs so i got outdated info since the day i signed my lease

Shoot I’m still confused how guys plan out 3 loads in advance let alone 2 or 3 weeks out. I got a lot to learn for sure. I was hoping to be home on weekends but I’m not sure that’s going to work out not till I figure this stuff out.

You're not gonna be home in the weekends unless you live in a prime area or you don't require allot of money weekly.. They should have told you that before you came on

Corso you sound unhappy. Life is to short to be unhappy even for a day. Maybe it’s time to find your calling

Big difference in $1.70 and $1.90.... I'm not lying. Have I dipped below $2, yes.... but my average is well above $2
