Despite the market crashes we have had over the past 50 years or so still the market returns 10% average return.

This is different than the OP is asking. The return that you are talking about is growth based on the value of the stock you have and it isn’t accessible unless you sell the stock. Then you are going to pay taxes on that 10% so it ends up being more like 6-7%.
Keep in mind, if everyone could get a 10% return we all would be doing it. Sounds great but doesn’t work that way.

You are correct but I do not see it being fiscally responsible risking money when I have debt. Not being a proper Christian.
Paying off debt and being debt free is the better way to live, and less stressful.
I plan on paying off my bad credit than never borrowing money but for a starter home with 20% or more as down payment.
I do not worship the God's of the FICO score.

To blunt, this is not a passive income stream business, you have to be involved with it and sometimes that involvement is 125%

I also know that it also takes more than being a driver for a few years and the one thing that others think is a plus which it is not ... other business experience.

The reason everyone doesn't do it is because everyone can't save money and live with in their means. They gotta go get a new car every 3 years and put a big 60 inch tv in every room of the house.

That and the average 10% return that was cited is not achievable for most, which was my point

Big TV, big couch, new king bed, you can get anything rent to own. If you love paying super high interest rates.

LOL. That's what I was thinking. There's nothing passive about this business.
