I don’t think it’s really Mercer’s fault for low rates because I see them everywhere. I am just wondering if maybe this is a down for everyone at Mercer or about average? Only downside I see is the hiring of so many. Do that many quit or get fired weekly?

 

Definitely not a troll, I was here long enough to know when something isn't right. You must not really know how many good drivers Mercer has had over the years that have left and are still leaving at an alarming rate. But hey I'll be a troll LMAO. Van rates here are next to poverty and the flatbed rates are the same as regular van rates. If you think that's industry wide right now you're very delusional. That's why I left, I rather take 65 percent of consistent contract freight then 75 Percent of inconsistent brokered freight where I'm deadheading my truck in the ground like I did over here. There's no reason you should have to dh anywhere in the Midwest or the South pulling a skateboard
