They always project a good pay scale..but collecting pay is another story.
At Marten, you just need to document and ask to be paid.
They check your logs and location and pay you.
As long as your request is valid...they pay.

Judging by these thread comments I must conclude that local jobs in Dallas must pay a whole lot better than other places. When I was at Cintas, drivers there on large accounts would gross 100k+. I talked to these drivers. I loaded their trucks. I was vetted for a driver position. Coca-cola, SAIA, name a local company and top earning drivers are over 100k in Dallas. Relocation might be a thing to consider if you really want to drive local but it doesn’t pay enough where you are. Research top earning cities and make a move happen. Some companies will pay for relocation. Just saying.
