Good question; some companies waive a license suspension for non-moving violations, such as unpaid child support or late paying car insurance, etc.

Roehl Transport seems to pay very well during training. Read their reviews though and I follow companies I am interested in on fb. Allows me to ask their drivers questions. They don’t hire students in my area, but should in your area. Paid CDL Truck Driver Training

Hit up the teamsters. They are taking apprentices this spring for their construction program and I think they are currently taking readi mix apprentices.

20 an hour to train, once you’re done with training full scale is currently 33 an hour or so depending on what you drive.

You will make more in construction than most otr.

Magnum.... Big terminal in Coon Rapids, MN. They do training there. I think it's LTL.
Company is in process of setting up a school in Fargo, ND. Once you're OTR. The terminal you will most often visit is Coon Rapids.
They will get you around the country. That's for sure. Only places they won't go is Ca. and New England. You don't want to go there anyways. :)

You won't find a school that pays for training. A school might take you with agreement to work for their company for a year. You pay for your schooling in that year. Through making less money. You pay them for the CDL and training.
Only way paid is for a grant. Not real hard to get either.

WP is there any estimated time on when Magnum will get the school in Fargo going? I know someone else was looking at them for school in Coon Rapids but didn't get any response from them. He was going for OTR which is what I'd be doing too.
    Thanks

Don't worry about Jim Palmer being slower in hiring process than Prime. Don't be surprised. You contact the recruiter. He'll tell you to show up.... now.
