Nope. It just elevates my heart rate pretty good. Still below though.

 

I have my in person interview in a couple of hour . Kinda nervous.

 

Honestly just be yourself and relax. They need you as a driver more then you know.

 

What is the heart rate limit? Is it by age group or a specific number for everyone?

 

I think it’s 130-140bpm after the exercise movements. I could absolutely be wrong though. It was a couple years back now.

 

130-140bpm is the high limit

 

What are the exercises?

 

It’s not running or any cardio. It’s squating, lifting, walking, all with weights. For example, one of them was picking up a plastic thing with a 50lb weight it in and putting it in a shelf slightly over my head. It honestly sounds worse than it is..

 

The heaviest was 50lb, the rest are lighter. Whoops, I think the heart bpm is by age too. I’m pretty young, in my twenties, so my limit was probably lower.
