Anyone else seeing a slowdown in their operations? I know you guys near Florida are running a ton of water, but for us in the Carolinas, we are seeing about half of our usual bill count.

MACK E-6 and FlaSwampRat Thank this.

Nah, prior to the storm coming we were up about 7500 cases per night but that is because labor day is Monday.

We slowed down a bit too. I’ve had a straight truck down in my territory the last 2 days. Didn’t necessarily need the help myself, but that was just to help keep everybody working.

We haven't seen a slow down, yet.

But I have seen two different women now, with the twins out and breast pumps attached. As they were driving down the road at 70+ MPH.
The things you wish you knew ahead of time to have a camera ready for.

No slow down for us here in the north east. It’s also the end of the month and a long weekend which means they are running as much freight as possible to hit their numbers for the period.

Was surprised to have a via to another center to pick up a rail container. Never had that one happen yet.

Went to the hub on the drop line and it’s already being dispatched to the rail yard in NJ.

I wish I could’ve got a picture of the prick that told me I was number one today when he got an air horn blast for texting at a light after it turned green.

I do the same thing. I have thought about doing it to those who i catch texting and driving too. But I can't afford to explain that kind of accident.

Back in the day, they would have been scared you'd knock them into the ditch, drag them out of their car and beat them senseless. Honestly, I think we've gotten too civilized--it seems that for some people, manners only exist when they're enforced physically.

MACK E-6, misterG, LoneCowboy and 2 others Thank this.
