First you showp up for company orientation in Chattanooga. The Van Drivers that shuttle you around are a good source of info then the nightmare begins the hotel, stay at the Bates Hotel instead. The food they serve go to a local jail its much better. Orientation what can you say it is what it is. then you get a truck dont expect a rolls royce. Then you meet your fleet manager, mine I cant complain. then when the night dispatch comes on you get a message that says basicaly states if your not dead, dying, or upside down dont bother us. then if you idle too long they charge you for it!!! Thats right boys and girls go over idle they will take your money no warning like they say. money gone!! Then if you have a small incident like 200 dollars your trailer goes bla dont call breakdown. for a god fearing company you couldnt tell it by the verbage their supervisors use on the phone. regardless if you do 50.00/500 dollars of damange they will take 500 out of your check 25.00 per week.so use your own good judgement.
