I have been extremely sick today, It’s been almost 24hours and I haven’t slept on top of it. I’m gonna have this load transferred to another driver. I wanted to deliver it but I don’t trust myself to drive.
This is the first time I’ve ever done this, should I expect to be in “trouble”? I try to always come through but tonight is a bad one. I’m sitting in the floor of the rest area as I type this.

Getting sick on the road sucks. Only happened to me once but it was horrible. Hope you get it out of your system quick.

It doesn't like you should be driving so I don't see why you should be in trouble. Aside from not driving when you're too 'ill or fatigued' the most important thing is to let dispatch know as soon as possible so they can do what they have to.

You do realize you have a CDL right? I'm assuming you are just joking or have no clue about how high driver demand is? That mentality of "will I get in trouble" is going to end you up screwing your driving record and give you red carpet to cr England. You aren't running for president if a company gave you hell for refusing to drive when it's not safe. Drag your nuts across their face and mouth and tell them to give you a tip and a thank you . Ask them if they need a little more salt with that or should I go to another company

Ive had the flu out on the road many times. Sometimes I had to shut it down for a day or two.

There's been situations out here on the road where a young lady went and took a poop in the mens urinal , due to feeling under the weather

If your a company driver? PM your DM, tell then your load needs to be repowered. Tell them what temperature your running (body temp). DM may recommend you get checked out. Use your company, they are there for you.
