The shooting occurred around 2:45 p.m. on Thursday in Chesterfield County, Virginia, according to Richmond.com.
Authorities say that a truck driver traveling on Chippenham Parkway near the Jefferson Davis Highway interchange was shot by another person in a vehicle.

Police were able to locate the suspect vehicle and pursued it into Richmond, where it eventually stopped. More than one suspect was reportedly taken into custody.

The truck driver was taken to the hospital for treatment of non life-threatening injuries.

Police are still investigating the circumstances leading up to the shooting.

Someone thought the truck driver was ruining their quality of life to such an extent that they were obligated to try to kill him so he wouldn't do it to someone else. Of course, anyone else would not be quite as important as they are, but they felt obligated to help out those who are beneath them by killing this truck driver, who is clearly beneath everyone and deserves to die for getting in their way.
