I've been doing similar miles since before Thanksgiving. Forgot how much this #### sucks. I can't wait till January so I can go back to my part time trucking.

You do not need to run their plate. I ran their plate for 5 years & I recently switched to my own plate.

Ive got 8 more loads to go and my package will be done. I was #16 on the lotto this year, scored a pretty good one. Walton/sharonville to chicago and back. 634 miles, 5 nights a week with a day and a half off to reset. My a ss is wearing out, but these just paid for a new tranny put in at freightliner. Had to give up 2 runs which sucked, but paid cash for the whole thing.
So....in what way does Mercer suck? What am i missing?

What does mercer require you buy other than plates, which as previously stated, you have to buy anyway? There is NOTHING else that is required to be purchased through them. If you don't want deductions for plates pay for them in full, same as you would have to do if you bought your own.

And what is this nonsense of calling everyone a recruiter? People have different opinions, and different experiences with carriers. Too bad is is so difficult for most to discuss or debate a topic with intelligent and relevant discourse.

Well my best pass has died that I got from Mercer. Little over 3 years.. anyone else have to replace it already?
