    I shorted the nuts off them earlier in the year, but not this time lol. I tend to stay clear of bankruptcy filings, cause it will drop today, and then in a day or two blast off for a quick pump/dump.
    I got burned on WTI (weatherford) earlier this year that exact same way, so lesson learned

    According the filings company drivers are secured creditors while the O/Os are unsecured.

    I'm not so sure about that one, don't they classify an O/O as independent contractors as well? Recovery is up to $13, 650 per. If you're owed more than that, good luck.
    For those who are still under a load, or need to return equipment, I will give them props on this part, they're doing the right thing and making sure there are some funds available for you guy taking the equipment back as well, be it a small amount
