10 four on that i was about to say i think my right hand is allergic to the steering wheel but loves the shifter. That is what i hated about the auto truck. I could not get used to driving the truck with both hands lol

Actually there’s been a few times I’ve left a 24oz soda on my bedside table driven several hundred miles and it never spilled.
Blew me away because I’m NOT a smooth driver. Air ride must make things smoother then they feel.

If he had the newer automatic Emergency Braking system, the computers would have probably seen what he did not and apply the brakes.

See that every time, put escorts on high alert, proceed “safely “ (logically), yet slightly ‘illegally’.

By the way - had my first level 2 inspection with an OD load - flying colors. :)

Aint buying the "coffee cup" shtick, he was busy at something else, computer, cell, ELD device, watching tv, sleeping, but not driving.... Or perhaps, he's just one among the other thousand plus brain dead steering wheel holders out here now....

Illinois pulled that crap on me this week... 35 max, or if minimum posted then minimum plus 5. Took me over 8 hours to drive 200 miles and I wasnt even that big.

Bud A. and D.Tibbitt Thank this.

Now do that with a load of structutal steel on the back and they will be sending that truck to the crusher and that driver in a body bag, after they gather all his body parts from the end of the freight

Bean Jr., Hulld, HoneyBadger67 and 2 others Thank this.
