In Georgia, it’s DDS. They are open Tuesday through Saturday. And truthfully aren’t real helpful over the phone. This is usually because the people answering the phone are the same ones working the counter and they are busy.
Most offices have a more experienced person who handles CDL but that doesn’t mean they know it all. I have to drop by a DDS to get my CDL corrected because they left off the tanker endorsement but put on the no Hazmat in tank container restriction.
First question someone would say is, why I didn’t notice it when they issued the license? Georgia mails the license. They give you a paper permit every time you make a change to your license, then mail you the card. The paper permit looks nothing like the license.
Failed combination written test today. Do I have to retake/pay again?

However, by contacting I was meaning actually go pull a number and sit down and wait. Be ready to test and see if they will let you test. If not ask why and when. This is not rocket science and you don't have to have advanced degrees in physics. Please stop! -

All the computer tests/endorsements are free in Indiana. The downside is you are in Indiana.
