I have a heating element in my fuel / water separator. Not a bad option I suppose.

Or it was sucking wax faster than it could melt it .
When the cel came on 1st thing I thought was here we go again with the dpf system.
After it really started losing power I noticed that sound of a moter running lean and it dawned on me and sure enuff . -

Yes - gelled with Howes. Wow - gelled up even with a heater on the separator.

If the fuel line to the bunk heater freezes, that's the sign it's time to start the truck and let her idle.

My bunk heater does not like anything under 0. Every time I'll get a red light saying no flame detected and have to turn it off and on till it gets going.
