    The base salary don't go up. But your productivity bonuses do. Every year they increase your productivity bonuses by $50 to $100 depending on miles you ran within the month. Yes health insurance for driver is completely covered.

    Man I’m glad you had a load. My ### is still sitting in the TA waiting for one.

    I’ve been here long enough to do a 34 and I still had 27hrs left.

    I can be home on my couch instead of this truck in a parking lot and I’m starting to get pissed. I’m about to ruffle some feathers after breakfast

    Finally got a heavier load. After delivery in Ogden they sent me to Pick up a loaded trailer in the yard and take it to Oregon OH

    I sat in the TA 65hrs, then I sent a nastygram. Told them that’s twice, won’t be a third time or I’m gone and they can find someone else, and I’m dead serious.

    Magically had a load 20 mins later.

    I’ll go back to trading and systems admin work, I don’t need to work anywhere if I don’t want, I make plenty trading alone by itself
