Shop has paint cans no primer. Says will work for metal. Base layer is rust with rust inhibitor lol.

Construction yellow is so close you can’t tell the difference.....
And it’s a lot cheaper..... besides cat parts aren’t what they used to be.....

Did a 1987 3406B overhaul several years ago.
Used 6 cans of Napa Cat colour paint.
