If you were to get rid of that dust it has built up on the surface, then yes. It would be very close to Nevada.
Of course the moon dust is also a grayish color, like a powdered lava. The most popular theory for the moon's existence is it broke off from Earth and created it's own entity, after getting slammed by a large asteroid.
It could not have formed on its own from nebula dust because the moon core is not iron. That chunk out of the Earth that now makes the Pacific ocean is probably now the moon.
Would you pull an empty across I80 in Wyoming

I 70 was a long white knuckled day empty. Devils canyon hit me hard and I was only going 50mph at the time. My conclusion is running empty out west is just dumb.

Thousands of years ago one of the first people to claim the Earth was round, and not flat, did so by using Trigonometry. And it wasn't Aristotle. He was a flat-Earther guy. A genius by his own right, but obviously wrong about the Earth being flat. Aristotle's influence throughout ancient Greece delayed our realizations the Earth was round by a long time. I don't remember exact numbers.
I really enjoyed learning and studying that stuff, but it did nothing for me to help me earn a living. Go figure. lolFarmerbob1 Thanks this. -

I've been to the dark side of the moon.
I've been to the wrong side of the track.
Where the night goes on forever.
Fills like it wont be coming back.
