Apu tri pac not blowing cold

My apu a.c. not working properly. It starts up and I hear it run but it just blows warm air.
Probably refrigerant leaked out. I looked in manual and it says 1.2-2 lbs needed depending on size of hoses.
Any things I could check to make sure it's not something else?

Make sure the condenser fan is working. You can pick up a can of 134 that has the gauge, and hose to see if it has any Freon in the system. If it’s a small leak there may be enough to charge it back up temporarily.

put gauges on it first. dont buy or fix anything until gauges go on it
