Hiring Process / What to Expect
Once you apply online, your resume will be reviewed by our HR team. From there, a telephone interview will be scheduled. If your phone interview with HR is a success, you will then be invited to a first round of in-person interviews with hiring managers and other staff, depending on the position. Finally, a second round of interviews will be scheduled with other members of the leadership team. If we have a mutual interest, a pre-employment drug screen will be scheduled. The process takes around a month to complete. -

I had been a little wary of doing OTR with all the uncertainty and problems related to the virus, but I know I may have to go OTR for a while if I want a job in this industry at all and in order to get to a local or LTL job later on. I applied with or at least looked at several LTL carriers earlier this year, but I've considered local jobs more, lately and have recently put in an app with Southeastern Freight Lines. I think I applied for maybe two local jobs besides that several weeks while back, one for XPO Logistics and one for NOTS Logistics.Chinatown Thanks this.
