Well, I have been here since 2011 and never seen anyone make that little of pay.
    That's weird
I made more then that working 40hr's a week for them last year.
And on track for for the same this year.

Do you do something specialised or different? I find it odd as well, maybe new hires get a different deal.

Drivers get paid hourly and or mileage.
The area I'm in it is all hourly + o/t after 8hrs. We run anywhere from ca to ut,tx,or,wa and Canada.
So from the time you start till the time you end all bye the hour. Then you have per diem, if you sleep in the truck you get $55 a night if you get a hotel room they pay for the room and you get $35 a night.
If you have to do you reset on the road you get 8hrs of forced layover at your hourly rate.
Like I said I stepped out of the truck about 3 yrs ago to take a position where I'm home every night.
But I have friends that have been here for over 20yrs and they are between $29 hr and $30hr.
Plus you get paid vac, sick ,personal days and paid holidays at your hourly rate.

I used to deliver to them regularly. (Had all my endorsements). The supervisor I did paperwork with started going on travel to open another collection/distro warehouse in another city. He was also looking for a driver. The pay he quoted me was not impressive. This was two years ago.

Yes, one person's not impressive might be another person's not too shabby.

$20 an hour. For the area, you could make that much hauling non-haz.
