I have narrowed my choices down to 3 carriers. Kllm, TMC and Wilson. Any information on these companies and their programs for student drivers or CDL A permit holders? Not sure if it's going to be better to get permit thru DMV or use a company that provides the whole shebang.

I don’t know much about Wilson, but they used to be a good company, I thought prime bought them though.
    TMC is strict on rules.
KLLM is.. well I have heard some bad, some good, of that list TMC for flatbed, or Maverick, but I don’t know about refer companies, so I can’t help there.
But as I say, Wilson used to have good things said about them

Of those 3, I would rate them this way:
    #1 - Wilson Logistics
    #2 - KLLM
    #3 - TMC

    Wil-Trans is Wilson Logistics also.
Wil-Trans/Wilson Logisitcs has a contract to haul some of Primes freight and it 's that simple. That's the connection to Prime.

Three very different kinds of trucking there. Van, flatbed, and reefer. More important would be which kind you want to do.

    Didn’t Wilson buy Jim Palmer?

Correct. Wil-Trans bought Jim Palmer Trucking years ago.
Wil-Trans & Wilson Logistics same owner.
