60 through 65 went OK for me....now 66(?).....whole different set of rules.

 

man, I'm as good as good gets except for my lower back. Mowed the grass last week, still regretting it......

So.

Last night around midnight, some jerk driving a reefer parked with his engine fan kicking off and on right beside my sleeper and his reefer on continuous with a wet and squalling belt.
At least his air compressor didn’t kick off constantly, but I was awake, and watched Stalag 17.
Then fell asleep with my radio on loud drowning out his noise.

They were going to pull a Bruce Oakley truck around me, but he opened his tarp in the rain, so his trailer wet.

So I’m under the load out, and I did tell them they just cost me $100, that’s what it’d have cost them to pull a late guy ahead of me who was 30 minutes before my appointment.

I have lower back issues as well, wondering if exercising core body muscle group would help with particular issue ?
