Well. Loan, but also Social Security. Both are important, in my opinion.

But also? I have never heard anything bad about Shipex. So this is new.

But then again, stay in business long enough, and someone will talk bad about you. Goes for any company.

They advertise 1154 a week. 250 of that ends up being forced per diem. That is never mentioned when talking to a recruiter.

For those of you who don't know, it works out. to 40k a year, not 60k or whatever they advertise.

This screws up a driver's social security and sets a driver up for a tax audit.

Drivers are pushed to drive 5-700 miles a day. If you check their safety record it's not too good despite their strict hiring policy.

    Trucker61016 Thanks this.

Depending on the government to help you out when you need it... surely that’s gonna work out.

    Trucker61016 and Lonesome Thank this.

That is precisely what it was designed for.
After 50 years of paying in you should expect some type of teturn.

    Of course.
But till 78 everyone depended on a pension and social security.
When Congress passed the revenue act it allowed folks and companies to opt out.
401s have made wall street wealthy while the common man suffers along w any downturns as opposed to a fixed continual flow of income.
The wife and I are fortunate enough to have pensions from previous employers.
That along w S.S. and retirement accounts will allow us above average income for 25 years after retirement.
Those working for 1099 or independents not adding to a savings plan may be in a world of hurt expecting social security to be fully funded in the near future.

Walt NJ, Trucker61016 and Elg1968 Thank this.
