They may have equipment staged or working in the right lane and shoulder while working on the ramp.
Workers may need to be in the second lane to work the equipment in the right lane.
They need the third lane to safely get trucks and equipment around the workers and their equipment, also creates a safety zone so the workers are less likely to get hit by stoners, druggies, drunks, distracted, or just plane incompetent drivers.Last edited: Feb 28, 2021
