The forum title is Report a bad company here?. There's no moderator tallying up likes & dislikes & declaring a winner . Chearleaders have a separate forum to give a positive review on a company. 2 drivers with opposite experiences is common at many companies .
But if you just look at their own web page of pay & bonuses & how it is paid anyone with 2yrs experience should not take them seriously when they claim you are valued as a family member. 48cpm? det paid after 3hrs IF the customer pays? safety bonus paid annually holiday pay $50 & layover $100 after sitting a day?
They got a people & culture VP who probably makes 6 figures & your gonna pay me $19.50 per hr on a hourly rate with no OT if I drive your truck at top cpm 3k a week? OTR is a joke in 2021 & this is NOT a good trucking company unless you like getting bent over.
