Hey Nuttertrucker here....
Im a returning driver. Been gona a lotta yrs but Im back... and wow have things changed...Automatic transmissions...!! Whoda Thunk It?!!
Anyway, i talking to a mid size cmpy outhere on the West coast. The dude is slathering it on thick. They say they get you home once every 14 days. So my question is, if you hve to reset on the road, Will they or anyone pay for the 34 hours you are sitting? I mean that cant possibly be legal. Should i stick with me barista job? (jk)....

Some companies pay for a 34 hr. reset.
I was paid for that with a tanker company.NavigatorWife, Just passing by, kemosabi49 and 1 other person Thank this. -
This issue is they "will not allow you to return home" therefore ...if you are forced to remain WITH THE truck due to a company demand, then they have to compensate you. Period. its the law ya'll.
lt the same as Starbucks telling me I cant go home. AND I have to live in the bathroom for 34 hours and mind the store as well. NOPE>1029384746, NavigatorWife and slow.rider Thank this.
