Ran 10.5 hours and 616 miles today. Sitting outside Baltimore, MD. Tomorrow should be interesting. Need to see if I can unload early. Why? Well I have a 2000 delivery time for the Coke load. But a preplan for a 1400 pick up afterwards. Kinda hard to do that if I can't get unloaded early. Not like this is TARDIS trucking. :D

yeah. Typically avoiding them like the plague. But it was the only place around my 11 hour drive that I knew I could get a spot this late.

So off to spend the next couple day on the boat. It is a good thing we had this planned since my wonderful wrench changed all my filters and did an oil and greased the truck yesterday. I had a run this morning to pay for the fuel in the boat. Started the truck this morning errr tried to start nope just turns over no joy. Hmmmm pump an pump the primer and it fires. Look at the fuel filter sumthin don't look so good.

So I head on my way to do said trip, I cal said wrench, wrench says whats up. I says how many fuel filters have you changed? He says thousands. I says and you still can't do it correctly. He says whats wrong? so I text him that picture. He says well I'll be ######. So long story short he is gone racing till Sunday night but will come by Monday morning to fix it and buy us dinner when we get home

I saw a lot of masks in Walmart and the Dollar Tree the other day when we went shopping. But in the local hardware store and also the farm store I didn't see bit one guy wearing one. Big difference in the clientele between the two types of stores.

You need to get on the stick, making the OM's job much harder.
This driver shortage will only last so long, and she has been checking Craig's

    Wow.

All day from 10 til now working on getting KW ready.
Remembered I had a stand up cooler I bought 5-6 years ago in Louisiana, Took it apart, cleaned it up, it works.
Put spare CB & accessories in it.
Bedding is just thrown on the bed since my clothes were filthy from getting power cord hooked to battery.
Then had to redo airlines and pigtail cause they’d be to long and drag catwalk.
Take the other guys signs off and put mine on.
I’m give out, this must be a sign of sleep apnea.
So..9.5 hours give or take a couple of minutes of climbing in, under, straddling driveshaft, fixing an air leak with a ferrel, I’m ready for breakfast, shower and a nap

Get a 5 gal plastic bucket. Go out in the country and catch the narrow dirt road vacant.
Bucket full of water; sitting in one ditch, you across the road on the other shoulder.
Fire across road (about 20 to 25 feet). You will get a good indication of your pattern and
damage infliction ability. (Turn bucket around if no one has appeared and recheck)
Tho we still got some isolated graveled road here in MS, your opportunities may vary.
(But we are not usually bothered by folks showing up curious to gunshot sounds.)
