    Navajo Express is very unprofessional! Steven Castilo is a professional ignoring all emails for the last 20 days. And when finally talking to him over the phone he was rude, unprofessional, and talking like his God and can do whatever no human can.
    When it was his screw-up. They want to blame drivers and carriers. Stay away from this horrible company.
