I’ve been noticing carriers are not answering their phone. I parked my truck for a while to drive a company truck and I noticed the dispatch would not answer their phone return phone calls not answer emails and it became a real chore to communicate. I got back into my truck and I’m leased to a company that is the same way. Won’t answer phones or return phone calls. Won’t answer emails for simple questions. Is anyone else having these same issues? This is been going on now for a year.

you went from being an o/o, to a lowly company driver, like the rest of us do or did.

    it's S.O.P. treatment we got.

    so it's "NORMAL".

what more can anyone realistically say?

maybe they are under staffed, over whelmed with work, working from home, maybe they too are having issues with emails getting dropped, calls getting dropped.
