    Accidents like this happen all the time in Toronto, ON. & other main congested areas of the 400 series highways (other reason I want to move out of the city). With 4 wheelers in the last decade they seem to be giving away driver licenses.

    The main problem is just ignorance based off of 'Everyone is in a rush' and these four wheeler have to respect for Big Rigs. However, once the OPP sees that video the charges automatically will go to the Lexus driver who shouldn't be driving.
