Can you tell me about some of the more....interesting (read: tight/crappy/"I'm not supposed to be on this road") places yall deliver to out in the east?

Outside of Elizabeth NJ, I've only been to the east coast once. And that was 13 years ago, with a trainer. I was asking if you could tell me about some of the places/towns yall deliver to in the east that aren't exactly "truck friendly", as in cities/towns with tight turns, having to go down unfriendly roads to get to shipper/rec, etc. Or are most of the places yall deliver to fairly friendly? I ask because, while I don't doubt my skills as a driver in those situations, I do question my sanity. I get a little....anxious at times, and I'll find myself driving down a road or street that I was routed on saying audibly to myself "I'm not supposed to be on this road...I'm not supposed to be on this road...I'm not supposed to be on this road..." until I either pass another truck, see one coming up behind me, or I see every trucker's favorite road sign..."TRUCK ROUTE" lol. Any info you could spare would be greatly appreciated
