I'm not a share the wealth guy, I'm a "gimme mine" because I know others will screw somebody over to get extra themselves.

Yeah, especially after you tell someone and that person covers your butt by making 2 brown rice deliveries.
Another guy just pulled in a few minutes ago with brown rice, he was supposed to be here at 1500 yesterday.

 

It's like covering shifts for somebody, you think that since you helped them they'll do the same. Yet, the day you need coverage everybody has an excuse for why they can't.

 

He still hasn’t “officially” called and told me no load, just sent a text at like 1604 for a different load, which I haven’t responded, maybe I should just call the other driver and see what loads are available.

I’m not setting an alarm tonight, I’ll get up whenever, and I’ll look at the dreaded load board and see what’s up, if nothing I’ll go home empty, I just got paid that 4 day storage fee from the 30th of last month at 500/day, they took 10% of that too, guess I should keep mouth shut, they could’ve said it hadn’t been paid and screw you again.

 

I think @otterinthewater might have a comment about tarp monkeys playing in the trees when he sees this Glad you are ok tibbs.

 

I've had many trucks parked next to me that I would not object to seeing flipped/in the ditch.

You and BlueBird are not on that list.
