I haven't seen that since the oil field. The crude oil trucks had them in 14 when I was out there. Great gear box. 4" of caliche(sp?) Clay. Put in low it will turn. The internationals we had I would get out of the truck and use the spade to clear in front of the tire while it was in gear. Other wise it would slide off the road and not turn. Not a best practices act. They had normal 10speeds. 13 speed much better gear spacing.
