From what ive been told by dispatch is that act raised the price so high that they couldnt afford it so they terminated the lease and switched over to ATS. All of our stuff has to be out of act by dec 1st which i think it already is. Act was a hell of alot nicer, not a fan of ats

Fortunately when I went in the gate was already open, looked like there were Vehicles over by the office. I guess it must be left open during the daytime? Sounds like a pain in the butt at night

I guess the best way to stabilize future costs would be to buy their own property, that way the next surge in inflation, the lease/rent costs remain the same...$0. The only cost that'll rise is the property tax as the value of the prooerty increases.
