Not getting a straight answer is a bad sign. Maybe he's not interested enough in your future to go get the real answers you need. Just do the best you can where you are at while you look for a better job. Leave on good terms, whenever you leave.

Atlas is 100% owner op, company drivers are all with agents. So Atlas has no equipment of their own, that I know of.

Giving them two weeks for things to improve. After that, the applications start going out.

No thank you. You can keep the humidity. And 61% seems to be a good day for them.

Sometimes companies like that just don't take a liking to you for whatever reason lol.....I have nothing better than what everyone else has already advised, but at least you have a job and a check coming in. I do, however, have come to learn.........the highest paying gigs are few and far between. It ain't a whole bunch of room at the top. You can make good money just about anywhere in trucking, with few exceptions. You don't want to pigeon hole yourself. When I was working for another small company, the owner told me, "You work a job as long as it does what you need for it do. When it no longer does that, you move on." You're delaying the process of looking around....that leads me to believe that the job is doing enough of what you need for it do....it's just not fitting the story you want to write. If you want to travel interstate, I promise you, there is no difficulty in making that happen.

But companies are still not going to suddenly start treating their employees like gold. They know how to be profitable and that's really the bottom line.
