Had a fantastic night slept really good. Woke up with NO pressure and very little pain. So far I have not taken any nitro. As I was sitting here I was thinking about an old song I have enjoyed listening to for years.

Keri's Ex violated the Permanent Protective Order some time ago. He came in peace just wanting to speak to her. Being an officer of the court he knows better. Once he got off the road and entered this property with the knowledge she was here he was in full violation. He was just arrested AGAIN! He tried to gaslight the cop, but I had recorded the phone call in which he said he knew Keri was here! Now maybe that idiot Judge will finally do something. I did tell the cop I was armed. What was funny was he told me what I should have done was let him in and shot him. It seems this cop has a teenage daughter who has gone through this same crap. Keri's OK, she did have to speak to another cop to make sure she was OK. I did walk downstairs and spoke to her ex for a minute. I just told him I was recovering from an invasive heart procedure and was NOT in a good mood when it come to Keri and this continued BS. I am also glad that cop was one of the better ones here. I have met him several times. I walked down with my P-320 at my side. The funny part was 7 people were within earshot and they all told the ex he needed to get a life before Moose took his! I told him clearly, I see him on this property (the management has clearly trespassed him on) I will not call the cops again! I'm done! The only places I generally go where I can't take my P-320 are the VA Hospital and one business. I see him again try to approach Keri, well let's just say it's not going to end well.

Because Keri was using her employee travel benefit she has decided to stay here for a while longer. The Cops have told me they will run patrol closer to this area. I actually need Keri right now anyway. Just having her here has put me in such a better mood. One thing Keri won't do is put up with my BS. I thought Nurse Ratched was bad! I have an Apple watch with a sedentary alert. It goes off every 30 minutes now. I had a really great fruit salad for breakfast. Keri put a spoonful of reduced sugar cool whip on top.

As I was finishing this comment Keri got a text from the arresting cop. Long story short they released him OR because that violation was not serious enough to hold him all weekend. People, this BS is why POs are worthless! I hope that Cop made sure this man understands I will shoot! Also, there are several other open-carry people that live here. I want peace, hopefully, the ex will wait until his court date to speak to her. I understand getting closure, but enough is enough! Sorry about the length! I'm just venting!

Not that I know of. It's clearly illegal to carry on VA property.

(13) Weapons and explosives. No person while on property shall carry firearms, other dangerous or deadly weapons, or explosives, either openly or concealed, except for official purposes.

38 CFR 1.218 (b) (37) - (40)

(37) Possession of firearms, carried either openly or concealed, whether loaded or unloaded (except by Federal or State law enforcement officers on official business, $500.

(38) Introduction or possession of explosives, or explosive devices which fire a projectile, ammunition, or combustibles, $500.

(39) Possession of knives which exceed a blade length of 3 inches; switchblade knives; any of the variety of hatchets, clubs and hand-held weapons; or brass knuckles, $300.

(40) The unauthorized possession of any of the variety of incapacitating liquid or gas-emitting weapons, $200.


I don't even carry my pocket knife when I am on the Hampton VA campus! Just not worth the problems.
