I work at Shaffer right now. I live north of Gainesville, FL, and hometime is never a problem. However, unless you like swapping trucks and epic micromanaging, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Some members here also work here, and have far less troubles, but I don't think I have had a load thus far this year without either a truck problem, a trailer problem, a customer issue, a fuel stop issue or problems with operations screwing something up.
