Right. I have an obvious placeholder as an appointment and was asked my eta to the final. Called in tonight to see if they were working on an appointment off of my eta. She comes back well it looks like you have a “23:59” appointment, and when I tell her I was asked for an eta so I’m checking… she hits me with the “well I’ve got 5 years of experience looking at these appointments so just check-in in the morning.

When I got a 2359 apt it was because it was set for 0000 and that's reserved for no apt set in the system.

At that point would of first called customer and if no reply or rude customer not telling me when my apt is, just park till morning.

When morning asks why late, let them know night no help and customer an ###.

 

For all the issues they have, the pay, to me, more than makes up for it.

 

Yep. It’s pretty greasy out here today.

 

Definitely quite the mess going on!

 

Glad I made it home, I’m just fine dropping my shingles off on Saturday
