I understood that you were only responsible for the trailer not the reefer. Good luck, hope things turn in the right direction for you.

We never got photos of the cracked floor.
-
I'm still in a dock trying to be unloaded... Been here since 6?
-
On an old trailer I no longer have, I had carriage bolts installed when repairing cracks to get rid some flex on the floor near them. If they are at the edge where the dock plate sits, you should be able to weld plates adjoining the floor to the edge of the trailer. My current Utility 3000R has them.

No welding equipment.
No experience.
No knowledge.
Not able to afford that. -
Hope this works.
#1, 2, 3
The spot I was talking about near the back.
#4.... Brand new one I got yesterday when they took 7 hours to unload 17 skids.. You can see it's nice and shiny..
#5, 6 harder to see but about 7 to 10 feet from the nose... Hairline cracking and 2 holes in the channels.
That hairline cracking is why I thought about braising rods in the first place.Attached Files:

Except for the new hole they put in it yesterday..
That damage has been just about exactly the same for the year I've been using the box except a but more of the insulation is missing from in the ridges there.
And the cuts all along the walls which where terribly repaired are falling apart. -
I would like to know how these occurred.
-
Most of that damage was there before I started using the box.
The new one from yesterday? I have no idea... Bad shipper bad receiver...
Old stressed metal? Degrading from years of abuse and acid washing? -
According to the registration paperwork I found in it last year it has traded hands 4 times in the last 3 yrs up until last year.
Last one was a rental/lease company if I'm not mistaken.
Lots more damage (doors, the rame rail was broken and had to be welded when I started using it. Etc.)
Don't think I'll ever know how any of it actually happened?
