    Your average will depend on the runs you select and how much time you want to be home every week.. pay is a tough question to answer because there are lots of variables like .11cpm perdiem, accessorial pay etc.. newbies start around .42 base and experienced start somewhere around .55 if I remember correctly.

    I wouldn’t think so, but if you’re not fresh out of school I think they prefer 6mos experience.

    There are some solid old companies around Grand Rapids , seems like he Dutch folks now how to do it right.
    VMax is another company , I noticed they're doing Steelcase now.
