I turned down a job paying $32/hr, credit card for per diem, hotels rooms instead of a sleeper, and very nice equipment to stay where I'm at. They leave me alone at my current job, they give me my load assignments and let me go. The place I was going was, for lack of better words, anal. Watched everything, scored your driving, didn't want you starting before 04:00...money does talk, but some things are more important to me than dollar signs.
What would you do?

(For the record I don’t have an issue with driver facing cameras) offer me a fatter paycheck, I asked if I can talk to a couple drivers and ALL of them have given me driver cell numbers and guess what 99% of the time the recruiters are blowing smoke. Go to the ones “making” the money remember why those recruiters get paid, tails in seats
